The Hub Lead is responsible for overseeing national operations in Pakistan for Ready Pakistan, a collective of NGOs and civil society groups. This role involves ensuring governance and program integration within the hub structure, driving the evolution of the Hub towards a more independent mechanism, and diversifying its programs. The Hub Lead will provide leadership to the Ready Pakistan team, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage relationships with relevant entities such as Acted and the Start Network, ensuring quality support to the hub.
This position plays a crucial role in amplifying the work of member agencies and influencing the humanitarian system by implementing innovative strategies and managing resources effectively.
